LABORATORY
Training in the basic principles of studying plant diseases. Stereoscopic and microscopic observation, identification and classification of the main phytopathogenic fungi belonging to the Oomycetes, Ascomycetes, Basidiomycetes and Adilomycetes. Description and microscopic observation of the mycelial structures (sclerotia, rhizomorphs, mycelial plates), specialized organs (retention plates, mycelia, rhizoids) and primitive and intrinsic reproductive organs of fungi. Discrimination and recognition of symptoms, signs and phytopathogenic causes of important plant diseases (downy mildew, powdery mildew, rusts, carbonization, adromycosis, etc.). Observation and processing of fresh samples from plants with fungal, bacteriological, virological and non-parasitic diseases.
